Dinner Choices: Please Specify When Signing Up

  1. Sliced Hawk Eye Strip Loin – seasoned and cured beef loin, roasted and sliced thin.  Topped with rosemary demi-glace.
  2. Garlic Crumb Chicken – chicken breast breaded in garlic bread crumbs, topped with a creamy white cheddar sauce.
  3. Vegetarian meal available; contact Christine Wright.

All dinners are served with salad, potatoes, dessert and beverage. Cash bar available.
