New Member Application

Dues: $35.00

• New members are asked to attend at least one general meeting or Club sponsored event.
• As of May 2017, current members who marry and previous members who have married, may rejoin if their spouse joins at the same time.
• Your application will be approved at a Council Meeting held 2nd Tuesday of the month.

MEMBERSHIP IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RELEASES AND CONDITIONS:

1. I attest that I am at least 21 years of age, legally single by state statute, that my personal character is such that I will be an attribute to the Jug & Mug Ski Club and that all the above information is true.
2. I understand that this is only an application for membership and that the Club Council has the sole authority to approve this application without any recourse against the Jug & Mug Ski Club or its members.
3. Upon approval and admission, I agree to adhere to the Constitution and By Laws, all rules, regulations and policies of the Jug & Mug Ski Club.
4. In consideration of being granted membership into the Jug & Mug Ski Club, I (the undersigned), for himself / herself, his/her representatives, heirs, guardians, assigns and next of kin HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the Jug & Mug Ski Club, its officers, agents, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, guests, and advertisers from all liability to the undersigned, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, guardians and persons or property or resulting in death of the undersigned arising out of a Jug & Mug Ski Club event whether caused by negligence of the releases or otherwise.
5. I understand that my contact information is the Club’s property to be used by Council, trip chairs/co-chairs, newsletter editor or others for the purpose of performing Club duties and creation of the membership roster. It will not be sold or distributed to sources that are not part of the Club.

NEW MEMBERS: Per By-Laws, “Article I, Membership application shall bear the
endorsement of three (s) Club members”. The 3 signatures can be obtained at the General
Meeting or an event.

Payment is payable to Jug and Mug Ski Club.
