• When is it?     October 3 & 4, Friday/Saturday 2-night stay. Checkout Sunday, Oct. 5.  The hotel requires a 2-night stay for groups.
• Where is it?  Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Lake Shore Hotel, 3019 Lakeshore Drive., St. Joseph, MI   Phone:  (269) 982-0004.
  (Location:  St. Joseph, Silver Beach County Park that features a clean, wide beach on Lake Michigan and public access to the North Pier Lighthouse.)
• How much will this cost me?   $209.49 plus taxes, per room, per night.
• Check-in Time 3:30 P.M.  Check out time: 11 A.M.
•  What do I do?  Members make their own reservations and cancellations by calling (269) 982-0004) using code name  or the link.
  • Code Name: Jug & Mug Ski Club (pretty clever, eh?). Identification for room/rates.
  •  Room Reservations made easy by clicking link.  Once on the page, scroll towards bottom and on the right hand side of page, you will find/see where to make your reservation.   Click here to reserve your room
  • Saturday, September 3, is the cut-off date to reserve your room.  The group rate is not available after this date.
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours advance notice.  Day of arrival, cancellations will result in a one-night charge to your credit card.

                        We have a block of 11 standard rooms (2 Queens) and 1 standard room (One King).

Additional Information on our contract:

• The hotel will not assume any responsibility for notifying our guests of the terms, nor be held liable for guests failure to comply with the terms of the contract.
• The agreed upon group rate only applies to room type(s) identified in the agreement.  No other room type(s) can be used as a substitute or in exchange for rooms not listed in this agreement.
• Hotel cannot guarantee the location of rooms or requests for adjoining/connecting rooms.  Rollaway beds will NOT be available for group usage.
• All incidental charges must owe paid by each group member prior to departure from the hotel.
• During period of high occupancy, group rooms may NOT be available immediately upon guest arrivals. Rooms will be made available upon checkin time 3:30 p.m.  NO special arrangements will be made for early arrivals.
• Check out time is 11:00 A.M. and NO extensions will be granted.
