This botanical garden has 100 acres of pine forest and flowerbeds to explore. There is also the adventure of walking on the overhead canopy that provides excellent views of the grounds and surrounding areas.
At 8 a.m., meet up at the Sportsman Warehouse, 8757 Delta Market Dr., next to Menards, to car pool. The drive is about an hour and a half. Those riding, please share cost of gas with your driver.
Admission is $10 per adult. Tickets can be pre-purchased on-line.
The plan is to eat lunch in the downtown area of Midland.
