A Christmas Party

 CHRISTMAS PARTY

It’s a Holiday Party for Club members and their invited guests on Saturday, December 11.  We are excited to be returning to the Verndale Club House where Sharon lives.

Social Hour:  5:30 p.m.   It’s a BYOB event.
Dinner: 6:30 p.m.
Cost: $5.00 per person.
Menu:  Ham will be furnished and potluck selections.
Those attending are being asked to choose what they wish to bring from a food selection list:  appetizers, desserts, side dish, salads, meat, miscellaneous.  This method will assure there will be a variety of choices to choose from.  Signups were taken at the General Meeting, Nov. 16.   Contact Rosalie at 517-316-6888 (text) or Gail Sleeman, 517-202-9546 (text) regarding payment and food.   

PAYMENT VIA MAIL: Payment can be sent to Gail Sleeman, 903 East Shaw Street, Charlotte, Mi 48831.  Make payment out to Jug and Mug Ski Club.  Also, let Rosalie/Gail know what food item you plan to bring.

It is requested the payment and food signup be done by Monday, December 6. (Questions contact Gail or Rosalie.) This will give those hosting this party, time to prepare per the numbers attending.  Reservations are being taken for approximately 40, so please do not hesitate to signup and pay; 29 have signed up as of Nov. 19.

VOLUNTEERS:  A few males are needed to assist with setting up tables and chairs in the dining room.  Also, volunteers to assist with table coverings, decorating, etc.  The goal is to meet up at the Club House Saturday at 10 a.m.

Let Rich (517-663-1854) and/or Sharon (517-230-5357) know if you can assist with setup, cleanup and tear down.

Let Rosalie and Gail know if you can assist with table coverings, decorations, etc. to prepare for the party.

DRIVING DIRECTION HELPS:  From I496 take Creyts Exit North,  Right at stop light W. St. Joseph Hwy., Right at Cherbough Dr. (Verndale Apartment sign on left), Left on Montevideo and then Right on Grenoble Dr.  (Clubhouse is on the corner of Grenoble and Montevideo Dr.). Parking is behind the Clubhouse on Grenoble or in front on street.  Enter via the ramp or front door.

OR take I496 to Creyts Exit North, Right on Anacapri Dr. (at light and Crowne Plaza), Right on Montevideo Dr and right on Grenoble. If you get to St. Joe, you passed Montevideo Dr so just continue right on St. Joe and (see above)
